About EQuality
We are EQuality, a youth organisation from Ostrowy Tuszowskie in the Subcarpathia region. We work in a small rural area, but our projects give young people real chances to grow, learn and feel confident. We support youth with fewer opportunities and create safe, friendly spaces where they can explore their talents and shape their future.
We believe in the potential of every individual, regardless of gender, to embrace their identity, define their future, and positively impact the world.
Our Mission
Our goal is to empower young people and help them build emotional balance, confidence and practical skills. We focus on well-being, stress management, digital skills, creativity and teamwork. We believe every young person deserves equal access to opportunities, no matter where they come from.
Our Vision
We want to become a strong youth hub in Subcarpathia. Our focus for the future includes well-being, digital empowerment, entrepreneurship, inclusion, green education and intercultural dialogue. We aim to give young people tools to face the future with resilience, creativity and responsibility.
